I love the steps forward a lot, like the step touches and the knee lifts, the cha chas between some moves. This workout is so dynamic, I love it. 🤗🫶💞

I'm grateful that I could stay on my knees while doing some of the exercises on the floor. I need a little more power in my legs and arms.😉 The stepping sections are really great, because there's always a new combination of moves to learn. 🤗💞🫶
