As I'm an absolute yoga beginner, I'm happy to find this yoga starter series here. Learning it step by step without any frustration is so great, thank you so much for that! 🤗 .....Because: Although the movements are very slow, nobody should underrate the efforts our body has to make doing all of these. 🫶🤗💞
