Just getting back into step after a break and really enjoyed it. I currently only have a mini/vertical step so curious for the v steps if I'm better off doing v steps either side of the step on the floor or sticking to basics.

This is the first in a location I've visited myself. Some interesting new moves for me. I definitely need more practice at the single single double lunges.

I really enjoyed this one this morning. A few new moves for me. I liked the sideways kick. I'm figuring out as I go along how to adapt as I'm using a mini step so would love any tips or future new mini step workouts!
I enjoyed this one...but totally hadn't realised that walk across UK was separate to step across UK! I seemed to think you were just alternating between step and walk until I looked at the rest and then realised my mistake. I blame morning brain. But I like that now I can choose which to do based on how I'm feeling that day.
I've enjoyed your workouts on and off for years but this is my first time committing to one of your series. Really enjoyed this first one and looking forward to more.
