I did Day 20 today. I still am not feeling great, but I figured I’d just do the workout on the floor/no stepper. It was great. Loves the combos and the scenery. :)

I was thinking the yoga is in place of rest days. Personally I do not do yoga, so on those days I am doing a 15m or 30 minute stretch.

Day 6 - Done. Actually repeated Day 3 first since I’m trying to get more strength training in. Didn’t think I’d have the energy for todays’ lower body work, but with the way these are broken down into short segments, I find I can push thru. I am loving this 30 Day Challenge. :)

Day 5 - Completed. That was a great workout. I started working out again two months ago and Jenny’s workouts have been perfect for me. They keep me motivated and I’m not killing myself like I used to, which caused burnout. I don’t even use a stepper (yet) and am still getting an amazing sweat on. Thank you Jenny. :)
