I have to try this one on a better mental day. Today was not a good one. I had to quit mid way thru and I’ve never had to do that before. Soo disappointed in myself. :(

I am loving this series. I just completed all 65 step workouts - Seven Summits and I had no idea where to go from there. These are great. I wanted to share, I do most of the step workouts without a step (by choice). I hold 1 or 2 lb dumbbells in my hands and use big upper body moves and I get a great workout and manage to keep my heart rate in control whereas the stepper makes me pause for breaks. lol. Love making workouts my own. Ty Jenny. :)

Loved this one. Fun and the scenery was beautiful. Can’t wait to do the others. :)

I have a question? Is Jenny’s step available for sale now and if so where can I get one? Ty. :)

I’m in on this months rotation with some substituting. I did this one today and loved it. It was basic to follow but still a great calorie burner. Soo much fun.
