I’ve been to Banff!! It’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been!! Can’t wait for these workouts to drop! 🫶🏼

I loved the lights in this one! Thanks for sticking it out in the rain. My only suggestion would be to wear brighter clothes in the night workouts. Some of the movements are hard to see with the darkness behind you. Regardless though, I’m loving every one of these workouts. Thanks for putting them together for us!! ♥️
