Hi everyone.....I was just wondering what everyone's go to shoes are when doing step? I prefer something very lightweight of course and was wondering if anyone on here would know of a great recommendation?
Hi Jenny...just wanted to let you you know I'm loving the Step Across America I did the first 5 on you tube and loved it so much had to join Freedom Fit to continue....I absolutely love the calendar idea so I can put it all my workouts to help keep track of where I am.....can't wait to see you come to Canada 🇨🇦 love you and keep up the great work I think you are amazing 💜
