Hi there, I can find the calendar on my phone but when on my laptop, I no longer see or can find the calendar. The calendar doesn't seem to be visible on the computer. Anyone else have this issue?
EDIT: OK, I went in the search box on my computer and typed in the word 'calendar' and found an old post that had the link to the calendar in it and then clicked on it and found it that way. Hooray! 😁

I really worked up a sweat and it wasn't even cardio! 😃

I think I might feel this one tomorrow. 😆

EDIT: I just peaked at tomorrow's workout. Looks really nice after today's workout. "Restorative" -- I like it!

Day 4 completed! Thank you. I'm not a yoga person but I'm committed to doing the September challenge. My body (and mind) thanks you for this different workout.

Having these different exercises on the calendar forces me to try new things that I normally would not do.

It was extra nice to hear the ocean and other nature noises (the wind blowing through the palms and the birds) at the very end of the session. Very relaxing. The calming music was also nice.

My wrists always hurt when I put weight on them but that's my only complaint. It's a "me" problem. 🙄😒🥴

Today is my first day.

Day 2 on the calendar completed ("31 of 50, Nevada, Step Across America")!

Thank you for doing this! This is exactly the direction I need! I really like that every day on a calendar tells me what to do and it is so varied. Makes it interesting!

I told myself that I needed to get back to exercising and I would start in September and when I saw your Facebook post about a September challenge, I got excited. This is what I need.
