Completed the day 29 step workout today after missing out on it yesterday. This was my first experience with the U- turns. They are just as fun as the turn steps.

Completed the day 27 walking workout this morning. Yesterday was a rest day due to lack of time between work and other responsibilities. Loved the moves in this one!

Haven't been feeling well the last two days. Getting back at it today. Completed the day 19 workout today. Definitely a challenge on some of those moves with heavier weights.
