Completed the day 20 workout yesterday, on July 24th. Loved the combination of moves in this one! Went on vacation for 5 days and then came home sick. Trying to get back into the routine, but my resting heart rate has been elevated due to being sick.

Completed day 16 today. Modifying this week's schedule due to travel plans later in the week. Really enjoyed the different moves in the walking portions. Some were new variations for me.

Day 8 complete. I was not a fan of the walking workouts at first. I think that was because I had started with just your step workouts, and absolutely love them. I now love the walking workouts just as much! 💕

Busy holiday weekend, so no formal workouts Saturday or Sunday. Completed day 6 lower body workout today.
