If someone from the area can explain how it is that Canada is part of the British Commonwealth and there is a French Province I’d appreciate it. And are the people of Quebec happy with the situation? We loved the city, so very charming. Frank our son filmed his first solo workout. We particularly loved the Cochon Dingue restaurant wish we could take it home with us. Last question, we tried to park at a shopping mall and had the hardest time finding a parking spot. In America malls have been struggling due to Amazon delivery and most people are watching movies at home is this not so much the case?

If you wear your watch while exercising it will register the workout in Apple health. In our next update on the app we will have more integrations with Apple such as viewing your heart rate in the corner screen of your workout.
