I discovered your workouts shortly after I retired.  I love walking for exercise, but was looking for a backup when the weather wasn't suitable.  I'm grateful everyday for your workouts, knowing the app is always there to keep me interested and motivated.  Thanks so much to your and your sweet family!❤️

Thank you for all you do to make our fitness journeys so enjoyable.  Your app is amazing and so easy to use.  I have finished Walk Across Canada and so enjoyed it.  I work out every day, using your app.  My go to is 14 Day Walk and Weights, I'm not crazy about strength training or yoga, but this program helps me be consistent in doing them.  Best wishes to you and your family!💪❤️

The background for this workout is simply amazing! Thanks so much for using this location. I didn't realize Canada has such diverse wildlife!🤣

I so enjoy working out with you, the galloping moose, and Tyler's cap!😆  I wanted a little longer workout, so I combined this with a Mini to Mighty segment.  Thanks for giving us so many options to mix, match, and choose from, it makes so easy to look forward to working out.  Seeing the beautiful scenery and learning about the history of the area is an added bonus!

Thank you Christi and Jenny for helping us stay healthy!  My favorite format is the 14 day walk and weights workout, they help me enjoy strength training and yoga, something I never thought would happen.😊💪
