Hi Courtney, so fun to read your message! So happy you're excited for Step Across America. As far as tips to get your hubby stepping, I suppose you could try telling him that even my husband Tyler has been converted to step. And he loves that consistently stepping makes him stronger on his hikes, when he plays basketball, and other physical activities. Working out at home is also a plus... no one is watching, you can go at your own pace, and learn as slowly as needed. Hope that helps, and thanks for checking in.

Wow! 9 already! That's fantastic. Haha, really wish we could have filmed more in each state. Hoping someday to do Step & Walk Across America all around the world. Happy you are keeping yourself healthy during such a stressful time for us all.

Hi Johnna, I'd suggest looking at the individual descriptions of each workout that describes and lists out what choreography we'll do in each state. Let us know if you have any other questions.
