We just loaded two more of the workouts up. We hope to added 2 workouts a week to this program.  We are feelings the pains of a small company. So much demand and so little resources. The good thing is we are growing thanks to wonderful people like you! As we grow we will be able to hire more people to help.

Wow Laura! You're the first and only person I know that has been married on a cruise ship.  Did you have to get permission? Who married you? So many questions... Congratulations!  We did love the feeling of cruising on the ocean. So peaceful. 

Your'e incredible! It's so easy to find a reason not to exercise. Some how you are pushing through. Well done. 

Weights make all the difference. Especially good for you as your body ages and muscle mass and bone density become an issue.
