Day 7 is a Reatorative Yoga session in Hawaii. On these days, it’s considered an Active Rest day. One day a week we take a “rest day” and have the option to do Restorative Yoga. If you’d like to shift the “rest day” to a different day each week, to fit your schedule, that works as well. Check-in and let us know when you complete this day.

Any last advice or suggestions for us? We leave for our amazing trek across Australia 🇦🇺 and New Zealand 🇳🇿 soon to film the next Step & Walk Across the World! We’ll be hitting the 6 states as well as the Australian Capital Territory in Australia and both the North and South Island in New Zealand. So very excited to try and meet up with our lovely fitness friends, and to set out on a whole new adventure in these beautiful countries!

July 2025 Fitness Challenge

Welcome amazing Freedom Fit friends to our next 31 Day Fitness Challenge. We're starting off this new month together! You'll notice for each of our cardio days, we'll be doing a variety of walking or stepping workouts. On weight training days we’ll either target the upper or lower body or have a total body strength training session. Our flexibility days will give us the opportunity to slow down and breathe as well as improve flexibility, mobility and stability. On the restorative yoga/fkexibility days listen to your body, and consider giving yourself an active rest day at least once a week Keep yourself accountable by checking in daily. This is a great place to connect with others who are also taking on this challenge.

Commit today to protect your beautiful heart, reduce stress this month, and just feel overall better. Look forward to reading your daily check-in's.
