Day 30! Congrats everyone, this is the final day of our November 30 day challenge. Today we’ll do an ultimate weight workout targeting the upper and lower body. Use one heavy set of dumbbells and one light set. There are options to use a kettlebell as well. No music in this one, so feel free to play your own favorite music. Check in and let us know when you get it done! ✅ and again congrats!
Day 29 is a cardio day. We’ll step together in Hawaii for a HIIT step session. Throughout the workout start with a base move that’s low impact, and if it’s comfortable, progress to a higher intensity move. Moves are more athletic in this one.
