We are at our final day of the October 31 Day Challenge. Of course we had to end on Zombie Step to celebrate Halloween 🎃 👻- if you find Zombie Step to be too intense choreography-wise, feel free to substitute a different cardio workout. Let us know when you complete Day 31 and congrats 🎉 for finishing this months challenge!
Day 30 is a strength training day. We’ll start with a warm-up, then target the lower body followed by a core & abs section, then a cool down. Check-in when you have it done. ✅
Day 29 is a Walk and Weights workout where we’ll do two walking sections and train the upper body for strength training in between the two sections. Let us know when you get it done. Only a few days to go for our October Challenge! 🙌
Day 28 is a RestorativeYoga session. This is our chance to have an active rest day. Feel free to adjust this day, move it to a day that makes sense for your schedule. Typically we try to have one rest day per week. Check- in when you get it done, and let us know what you’re doing today. ❤️
Day 26 is a strength training day. We’ll begin with a warm-up then move on to working both the upper and lower body. End with a cool down and stretch. Great work every body! Check-in when you get a moment. ❤️
