New Coast to Coast Step workout uploaded, Aspen Winter, 53 minutes with 3 choreographed sections. It's an intermediate to advanced level for our step lovers who enjoy more complex choreography. We filmed it yesterday, and will update with timer and graphics once we're back in the office. We'd love to know what you think. It was super fun to put together. Happy New Year!

Excited for our Intermediate/Advanced steppers to try out the new Coast to Coast Step filmed in Aspen right at the tail end of the fall season. I had a blast putting these 3 combos together. Can't wait to hear what everyone thinks! (49 minute runtime) 

We are still editing our Walk & Step Across the UK & Ireland Series.  I left nothing on the table in this series. We traveled for four weeks straight & met such wonderful people.  There will be 24 workouts in this wonderful, breathtaking program.  We are so very proud of it. 2024 can't come soon enough for me.
