Katie. I have filmed one of the workouts in this series. It will be up soon. Really excited for this program. We have a serious backlog of workouts to get up on the APP. Summer travel has come to an end so hopefully we can get on top of it.

Cruise Time Saver Workouts

Hi Friends. We will be uploading some time saver workouts to the app over the next couple of weeks. These were filmed while we were on a Carnival Cruise in Mexico. I'm not sure we will ever do a cruise again. Anyone have any really good cruise experiences?
