If I remember correctly Lisa, on his one there is a slight difference, rather than reaching for the inside of the arch of the foot, it is more like a knee lift raising the knee out directly out to the side of the body. However, if you like the insole move better, you can always do that instead.
Oh yes, we love to hike as a family Anne, and stepping helps us to be stronger and fitter for when we do hike. (with the added bonus of weights too of course.)
Hi Courtney, so fun to read your message! So happy you're excited for Step Across America. As far as tips to get your hubby stepping, I suppose you could try telling him that even my husband Tyler has been converted to step. And he loves that consistently stepping makes him stronger on his hikes, when he plays basketball, and other physical activities. Working out at home is also a plus... no one is watching, you can go at your own pace, and learn as slowly as needed. Hope that helps, and thanks for checking in.
