Step and Walking workouts are fantastic becauseĀ they invite us to step away from our phones šŸ“± and daily stresses 😩.Ā When weĀ  dedicateĀ time and energy to protecting our beautiful hearts ā™„ļø, strengtheningĀ our muscles šŸ’Ŗ and Ā boostingĀ our mental health 🧠, it recharges us like nothing else. Meet another one of our fabulousĀ fitness friends, Michelle, from Adelaide, Australia. She was an absolute inspiration, as she talked about her fitness routine ofĀ doing one of our Step or Walk workouts every singleĀ day! šŸ™Œ

What an amazing experience itĀ is to sit down together and get to know each other, to learn a little about our lives, how we ā€œmetā€,Ā to laugh and most of all toĀ connect! We count it as one of our most treasured times in life. ā™„ļøĀ

That’s a great question. The way we set up the challenge this month is a new format. I’ll have to reach out the the app tech support and see if it does. Was there a notification that you completed day 1 once you completed it? (Maybe the app showing you what percentage you’ve completed so far?)

Tomorrow is the day! šŸ™Œ September 1st will be Day 1 of our next 30 Day Fitness Challenge.
