Hi Jenny, we have been on our first (and hopefully not last) cruise in February 2023 in the Caribbean on the MSC. It was a super great experience and we are looking now into another one for next year. Leaving the first evening from the port with the music "Time to say god-bye" was more than overwhelming. Hi Pamela, for me the benefit is, that I can do this 26 minutes workout and then adding e.g. a yoga workout. So I am enough warmed up to go into deeper stretches during my Yoga. And sometimes there is just not enough time during my day to do a 45 minutes step training. I would give it all during 26 minutes. And with all the choices that Jenny gives for the movements, you can pump up this short time step - super effective. So for me, it is for sure a plus to have different step workouts I can chose from :-)
