Always love the beach step workouts! That must be so much fun to be there - one day :-). Was a great workout - really loved it. Thank you, Jenny.

Again a great workout. Side-leg repeaters at the end - OMG. They are very efficient (and still my killers). And what a nice loctaion. Thank you, Jenny.
Just finished this workout. I was wondering what happened to the rocking horse from the description. Did I have a blackout and I missed it? LoL. Loved the turn steps tap over the bench. That was new for me and it really adds something. My brain was like "Whoa - what is that? What to do with the arms?". Just did not like the music that much today. But no worries, can't be the right thing for everyone each time. Thank you!

My first time in Alaska. I had in mind that it must be cold, but it does not look like that (or you are just so tough, Jenny). Love the side taps. In my home I can make them really big. They are effective. Great combination of all kinds of moves. Really liked that workout. Can't believe that I don't have that many left - only 10 :-( But I will certainly redo my favorites. Take care Jenny!
Great, will do that, Jenny!

Special place for today's workout. Curious when we can purchase this bench bar and if it would be also available in Canada. Thank you for your time and effort, Jenny!
Ah, I forgot to leave a comment after my workout.... It was great and effective as always. Thank you, Jenny! Hope you are doing well.

Made some changes to make it more challenging for me today. That is the great thing with step. You can always adapt to your daily energy level and training goal. And 30 min is definitely great for me. Fits perfectly in my day. Thanks again, Jenny!

Oh wow, what a nice view! Although movements are similar throughout the workouts, they are still very effective and fun. And the scenery is changing everything. How did you choose the locations?

Yes, I've been to Chicago! But that is such a long time ago. Thanks for bringing me back there with this fun workout!
