The sneakers I currently have now were good at the beginning, now I feel they’re not stable enough for me. They’re going on about three years old now, so it’s definitely time for a new pair. Just wanted some feedback on what others are wearing. Thanks for your advice.

I loved this workout, have to lay off the stepping for a while due to a toe injury. I’ve been wanting to see workouts like walking and weights, so thank you Jenny for this. Can’t wait to do Day 2 tomorrow.
