I’ve been completing the days this month, but I keep forgetting to post. After doing the strength training for the September and October challenges, I can feel myself getting stronger! (I used to only do the cardio.)

Day 2 done. I really liked the combos in this one. Unfortunately my mother woke up earlier today so I had to step while talking to her. She’s 91 and has short term memory loss so when I was repeating the combo, I was repeating our conversation, but I was able to get into a good rhythm with it!🤣

Day 1 done! I like these monthly challenges because it “forces” me to do some strength training which I usually put off because I’d much rather do walking or stepping. So I hope I do as well in October as I did in September!

Day 29 done! I had trouble following along because my sister is visiting and she and my mom kept talking to me through the whole thing so it was hard to concentrate.🤣 I still enjoyed it though!

Day 27 done. I like the tick-tocks, too, although I often seem to be going the opposite direction🤣.

I felt the same way today. It’s been a tiring week and I wasn’t feeling like working out but I forced myself to do it first thing this morning because I didn’t want to quit this far in!
