Day 8 done. My husband faltered a bit with the side legs off the front but eventually caught on. He really puts a lot of umph in his front kicks though which makes my kicks look wimpy!

We finished day 6 yesterday but I am really feeling it when I walk up and down the stairs today! I couldn’t do all the sets of deadlifts (my back was hurting so maybe I was doing something wrong?) but my husband completed everything.

Day 5 done.

I started about 35 years ago watching Charlene Prickett’s It Figures show (my oldest sister didn’t have cable and asked me to record them for her and said I should just do them while I recorded it - she’s 14 years older than I am and a bit bossy😀). My husband started joining in about 20 years ago, but he still has problems following any complex choreography. He keeps trying though!

I found you, Jenny, about 5 years ago when I was looking for some new workouts and I’m hooked! Thank you for all the variety!

We’ve been saying for months that we need to try yoga and so thank you for the motivation today to do that! Day 4 done!
