Is there a list of which workouts to do for each day? I had a hard time figuring out what to do for the September challenge.

Did you check for an app update?

I really enjoy these workouts and would love more. I'd like a format with 20 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of strength. I feel like more time in strength is important to maintain muscle for those of us who are over 40.
Great use of my exercise time. Nice balance of all things good.

I've been on 4 cruises. I enjoy them even though I am motion sick the first 2 days. I like being able to relax between destinations, being fed well, and the different entertainment options. My next cruise is to Alaska.
