Thank you Jenny and Tyler for a wonderful first podcast. Even though I know a lot of your story already, I loved hearing the both of you sharing, you have a lovely warmth and easy manner that makes listening a joy. I was moved to tears by your recollections of losing your son to suicide, a heartbreak I have witnessed too many times in my years as a mental health nurse. Your honesty and candour will touch and help many.

I too discovered your workouts during covid when the gyms closed, and I looked for step inspiration, found you and never looked back. Nor have I returned to a gym! I love all that you do, especially your workouts from the UK, but being a Brit living in London, I am a bit biased! Keep doing what you do, you inspire me every day to be the best me. Thank you ❤️.

Thank you Jenny, I’m loving the new workouts. The time saver ones are perfect for a workday morning when I don’t have much time and need a quick workout to wake me up before my shift. And the longer weights combo ones are fab, I’ve always liked a workout that covers all bases, please keep them coming!
