Oh my goodness this is beyond exciting! I have a few of Amy’s 10 minute solution DVDs that I have really loved over the years. I remember searching for step workouts but they were quite difficult to find in the UK. I’m ridiculously happy Amy is joining this amazing Freedom.Fit platform. Thanks so much Jenny and the team - you guys are THE BEST

Just replying to myself! Just realised i was looking at the pretty thumbnails instead of the class descriptions. They ARE yoga classes

Ooh this is so exciting and a great way to get myself back into exercising. I did notice that some of the yoga days are showing step/walk & weights classes instead, e.g days 7, 12, 17 and 21.  Does this mean we can choose to do weights instead of yoga?

OMG I loved this! I moved home 2 months ago and with all the upheaval I’ve not managed to do much exercise. I woke up this morninng with juat enough time for a very quick workout before getting ready for the day. This was perfect! Thanks so much Jenny x

With the time difference I can’t do them live but am loving being able to catch up in my own time on your website. OMG Mount Vinson is so much fun!
