Great work out ! I loved the challenge ! This is definitively not for beginners but the cues are clear and the structure and progression are very smooth. 

Who would have thought that small changes could be so challenging for the mind ? I really loved it !

These 10-minute "snacks" are a great idea to start or finish off a workout. They're very effective as well when I'm out of time and still want to squeeze in some exercise 👍. 

I loved the new moves; it's always amazing how beneficial it is for the mind and body. The background is very beautiful. This step workout really flew by!

I particularly enjoyed this one! There's a great variety of movements and a fun choreography :-)
