I can very recommend the Canary Islands as a part of Spain for some new workout videos.Our ten days vacation on Gran Canaria was the best one I ever had in my adult life.

Although I am facing physical health issues during this winter vacation, which lead to a depressive episode at Friday, I managed to participate at this video.

My last try with the C2C Quebec went for 33 minutes, but this time my anger made me stick. And when you made me laugh at some certain point - yeah sweetheart you are very skilled, but I it was joy to laugh with you and my ADHD brain got connected, tightly 😁

I know this might not last for long and the doctor will be cursing to see me again tomorrow, but if I cannot get healthy sleep with a closed ear, he did not do his job, for a month now...
