If you need shoes for Jennie´s excercises, you might use a HIT model. I have one from Reebok and it´s ok. The only thing that might disturb is, that you need a tool to slip into them, because the "entry" is so tight, that you cannot lose them and that´s favourable for such sessions.

But as said, I don´t wear any shows for training at home anymore.

It´s a nice plateau and you could also go on some interesting hiking tours to the snow top or down to the river and enjoy a break at the woods with some clean, drinkable mountain water :)
