Hi there, totally agree with the community - it´s smooth and relaxing. Very good for beginners. Slowing down is one of my problems, too. I often fear to dive directly into depressive episode, because that was always the time where I did not do anything. Slowing down and staying there is not the result of Yoga, so I am still learning to work against the fear ;)

Beautiful to hear, Jenny. I think hiking together tightens your boundaries. And the bonus of beeing outside in the light plus the fresh air shall not be underestimated by anyone.
