Hi dears, good to be back with you :)I was on ADHD/Depression rehab from February until mid of march and had a knee distortion right when the first week passed. Also have been just diagnosed with a spine damaged at the fourth and fith point at the lower back. Had to stay away from sports until my knee cross band brick has made a healing process -,- awful pause. Started with the shortest SAA videos last week and now working my way up, again. This SAM Butterfly video is nice and a good basic recovery support :)Best wishes, Anne 😘

Hi dear, of course I would like you to know:)

The music became mean for me most of the time at this Video. It started ok and also the cooldown song is totally fine for me, but after the first workout minutes, it became not good. I know that you are putting a lot of heart into this and hope, that you are not personally bothered, but this is one of the rare occasions at which I only like a part of the result.

Thank you for the cultural knowledge :) was it very windy at 4 of 10 Newfoundland, CANADA | Step Across Canada ? You seemed a bit on breaks, or maybe it´s just my view^^

The combos were good, but what happened to the music? If this sound stays at that video, I think I will not use it again, it was cruel to me. 😖

Hi Tyler, I just recognized this post and hope that you both recovered well from that day. So Jenny gave therapy to someone and you are wondering, how she might get a healthy distance to the client´s feelings and not become effected by them, too? I am definetly no expert for that, but how about writing everything down afterwards and keeping it shut until one opens the notes again?

Don´t feel scared, if you do not loose much weight, please.

By doing sports, you will build up your muscles and these are a bit heavier than fat. At least when you see your boding shaping up, you will hopefully love it, like me :)

One of my favourite beginner videos is the SAA Chicago which starts with marching and switches to stepping. I discovered this one and the first stepping videos of Jenny at Youtube. It is good to practice at home by stop and rewinding as often as necessary, until you find your way into the combos in your speed. It might feel humiliating in the beginning, but it gets better, I swear!

Fingers crossed, let´s rock this 🤘💪🫶🍀

Dear Evelyn, I hope your smoking stop stayed successful so far. When I started to doing sports at all, it was just jogging at our basement. At first I set small goals like - if I can jog with my favourite music for 5 minutes, maybe I can make it 10..In the end I jogged 45 minutes and made sit-ups + push-ups afterwards in growing numbers, too.

When you start to get used to it, your growing stamina will make it feel easier ;) Begin with the shortest and easiest workouts and try out your limits little by little. Take magnesium carbonate/citrate and cink in the evening for recovery. Eat more vegetables, middle aged cheese (Gouda) and fill up your probiotics with 100g yoghurts. Vegetables include proteins and fermented milk is always better than cow milk. Pick up to 100g of fresh or frozen fruits as a dessert and pimp it with fresh Mint leaves. It is always recommendable to eat a variety of vegetables and herbs ;)

Yeah, I´d bet you are right, Anna-Lisa 🫠

Although I did not chose my heaviest all the time, I think I will be mourning at work, tomorrow 👹 There will be some light cardio mandatory for recovery 🚶

Have a nice 1st May holiday ahead, my German fellas´ 😇
