I just have one Dvd of her, but if you see her I think you will like her. The musik and her smile are very heartwarming.

It is just a proposal, I would not be sad if she cannot join with her second child or just because it would take a lot effort to come to Europe for this.

Jenny, I think you might have heard about Ginga. How about a cooperation with Fernanda Brandao? It´s been a while since I recognized her and purchased a DVD, but maybe she is still on track? I guess this could be a nice opportunity for your creativity;)

Hi there 🐝

Although I am facing physical health issues during this winter vacation, which lead to a depressive episode at Friday, I managed to participate at this video.

My last try with the C2C Quebec went for 33 minutes, but this time my anger made me stick. And when you made me laugh at some certain point - yeah sweetheart you are very skilled, but I it was joy to laugh with you and my ADHD brain got connected, tightly 😁

I know this might not last for long and the doctor will be cursing to see me again tomorrow, but if I cannot get healthy sleep with a closed ear, he did not do his job, for a month now...

Have a nice New Year´s party and keep taking care 🫠😘🥳🫶

Kim de Bruijn nice Kim, so Jenny got you, like me;)

My body is not at my greatest shape anymore, but it is fit enough for between two and four training sessions a week. Everyday was too much for me, as I usually don´t workout under 30 minutes and participate with full power. That´s why I love the sweaty fun steps and C2C. The COV live videos are some favourites, too.

I guess I started stepping with Jenny´s youtube videos around 2010 and she got me really attached to it - more than the gym. I am deeply thankful for having the physical constitution to participate with this community, to have the resources, the peace and learning to know people like you😇

Hoi Kim, my lightest have 1kg and are very good for side and front lifts with straight arms. For clean press I use 2kg and for overhead+ one arm rows I am at the 3kg dumbbells - for a nice shape these are enough for me.

For the two-handed overhead extension a 5kg weight from my barbell has become most suitable to grab and keep the balance between the arms.

The best way to find out your level is starting with water filled bottles, because water equals at weight and volume (kg = litre).

There are even 1,5 litre bottles which can help out until you reach the next clean step :)

So everybody, keep getting up and putting your crowns in line ;)
