I really like this idea. Sometimes tricking the brain by saying it's only 10 minutes. Then do another 10 minutes etc gets a good workout done by allowing myself that I can stop after 10 minutes if I need to 😆

That was a challenge!😄found myself on the wrong leg every time I did the grapevine to rocking horse. Finally mastered it for the weave 🤣. Great workout

Im late to start January as ive been away. Loved seeing our Australian flag. Great workout to start back with. I found the music really lifted me. Thank you
