This is my favourite Australia step session. The beach is beautiful and the music is great. The step routines are a great balance of fun yet challenging. Love it.

I loved this one. The setting was perfect and the workout itself was energizing. The song from 47%. To 60% was really good and i would like to know who that is is. I will repeat this workout again for sure. Love my beach work outs.

I liked this one. The scenery was pretty and the work out self was good. I am sweating despite the fact i did mostly low impact.

I am really enjoying this Mexico step and walking series. :).

Take 3 for me. :). I think i am finally getting it. I love how we can come back to this work out and it is still a challenge and fun.

This one will take me at least 10 more tries to get the choregraphy. The direction changes confused me. This was a NATF “not able to finish.

Good work out as per usual. You nailed the inspiration for Vancouver Island. ‘ Walk like you are catching the last ferry to Vancouver”. That is a common factor if you see people rushing who live on Vancouver Island…. There is no getting away from the ferry if you live here or have family visiting from the mainland…
