I prefer working out in the morning because then there is nothing to interfere with that plan but your own will power. Any time later in the day, life can interfere with that plan. It also energizes me for the day and allows me to relax or stretch in the evening and have a good quality sleep.
Thank you for the continued workouts. It was great!!!

I did this workout yesterday morning. My glutes and hamstrings are feeling it today…not rediculously so but in the best way possible. I work my glutes fairly often with resistance bands so my glutes are used to a workout but this work out was quite effective. I will be doing it again!

Great work out. I was dripping sweat too.
I love the choreography in this work out. This is my second time around doing the summit series because it is a great challenge for intermediate steppers. I will probably do it a third round at some point. LOL. (I use 1 lb had weights after 500 steps to add challenge because I can not do a lot of high impact. ). Keep the excellent choreography coming!!!

Thanks, jenny. That was a tough leg work out. My legs are feeling it…. .
Absolutely loved this work out. The choreography really made the time go by and made me reach my target heart beats per minute. Keep on going, Jenny. Enjoying these advanced workouts. thanks.
