Long time steooer here (think Jane Fonda and the 80's) and have an idea - how about a Challenge at a slower pace of 120-126 bpm for seniors? As in the 65 Summit Challenge yet paced fast enough for a good cardio? Love your workouts but some are a tad fast for me now. I can't be the only senior out there who doesn't want to give up stepping due to too fast a pace...am I? And yes, I have tried adjusting the speed but then it is waaaaayyyy too slow at 75x. It was such a unique place to film for our Step and Walk Across Canada 🇨🇦 Program, and we appreciate the lovely Canadians who gave us permission to film on their property. I'm looking for strength training for perimenopause.
I have just been diagnosed with it and started HRT. I don't want to do fast paced weights and am no good on my own in a gym.
Could you advise if your weights videos would help me please or if they have to be specific.
Also, if anybody else is or has been at this point, I would be so grateful to hear your hints and tips please. The fatigue and mood swings are killing me!
