Hi!

I'm looking for strength training for perimenopause.

I have just been diagnosed with it and started HRT. I don't want to do fast paced weights and am no good on my own in a gym.

Could you advise if your weights videos would help me please or if they have to be specific.

Also, if anybody else is or has been at this point, I would be so grateful to hear your hints and tips please. The fatigue and mood swings are killing me!

Many thanks, Ann-Marie (from the UK) 😊

Hi Jenny. Would you please suggest the best mid-length step? I have a 43ā€ that I’ve had for quite a while but now that I’m 70 in finding that I’m a bit more hesitant on the jump overs and jump ups. I have been waiting for yours but haven’t seen it. I’m thinking matinee like the ones you use that done have risers but have a4-5ā€ height? Appreciate your help!

Hi everyone, Jenny has a couple or recipes on YouTube. One for granola and another for a green smoothie. I remember once watching her make a soup and an Apple smoothie (or pumpkin smoothie…can’t remember which). Does anyone know how I can find these clips again? I wish I had written down the recipes.

Our 30 Day Mini to Mighty Weights Program is now available and complete. Day 1 is 1 minute of lifting, Day 2 is 2 minutes of lifting, and so on. Each day we’ll add in one more minute of weight lifting. The entire program will give you 8 hours of unique total body strength training workouts.
Research shows if we can squeeze in even a mini session of strength training, 3 times a week, where we focus on all major muscle groups, we’ll see significant improvement in muscle strength, boosted metabolism, strengthened bones, and our overall mental health and well-being is enhanced.
Kasey E said: ā€œLoved this! I did Day 16 and 17 for a full body workout. I love that I can customize my workout with these.ā€
Would love to know, do you lift weights regularly? The Mini to Mighty Weights Program might be just the ticket to get in a little bit of weights each day.
