Day 12 is a yoga session where we’ll increase mobility, flexibility and stability as well as tap into our emotional states and release everything that is not of love and ground into the present moment. Let us know when you get it done ❤️
Day 11 is a total body weight workout. We’ll warm-up first then strength train the upper and lower body followed by a cool down and stretch. Let us know when you get it done.

Day 8 is a cardio interval workout with the option to really kick up the heart rate throughout the workout or keep moves low-impact. Do what feels good for your body, and check-in when you get a moment. ❤️
Day 7 is a relaxing, restorative yoga session in Hawaii or it can be a rest day depending on what your body needs. We try to have one rest day per week to give the body time to recover. Check-in when you get a moment. ❤️
