Day 19 is from our Footloose series. It’s a total body weight workout where we’ll hit all major muscle groups. Let us know when you get it done. ✅ Fun fact: this high school is longer standing. They tore it down last summer.

Day 17 is a yoga session for stress release. Increase mobility, stability, flexibility, and release emotions through mindful breath work. Let us know when you get it done. ❤️
Day 16 is a Step and Weights workout where we’ll do 3 fun step combos and also weight train the upper body, lower body and core. Let us know when you get it done. ✅

Day 14 is a restorative yoga session or it can be a rest day depending on what your body needs. We try to have one rest day per week to give the body time to recover, but gentle stretching and connective breathing can enhance a rest day. Check-in when you get a moment. ❤️
