In the Mexico Stepp you those a voice over. Please 🙏don’t! It’s terrible to listen to and to follow!

I am following to for more than 2 years. With great pleasure, but with a voice over it is if you doing steps with a machine.

It is hard and not nice to listen and to follow.

Hopefully you return to you own voice. I don’t care if it is not the most wonderful sound, that’s just the fun of your workouts ☺️

(Sorry for my english, i’m from the netherlands)

Join us next on our stepping journey across Mexico where we’ll warm up and do the first combo near the hot air balloon launch site, where balloons are preparing to take flight at sunrise. These balloons soar over one of the most impressive archaeological sites in the world—the ancient city of Teotihuacan, home to the iconic Sun and Moon Pyramids. The aerial views are absolutely breathtaking. (We highly recommend booking a hot air balloon flight. It was a spectacular experience!)

For our second combination, we’ll move closer to the pyramids themselves with a fantastic view of the Pyramid of the Sun, one of the largest pyramids in Mesoamerica, built around 200 AD. It’s such a deeply spiritual location and fun to imagine civilizations of people who once inhabited the area. Our step bench wasn’t allowed into the pyramid complex, but nature provided—we found the perfect patch of grass to use in place of a step bench.

Have you tried this one? Let us know what you think.

Thinking back to over 5 years ago when we were filming Step and Walk Across America 🇺🇸 in Pennsylvania at the famous Rocky steps featured in the movie 🥊 It was fun to hear this little filming fact from Sylvester Stallone about having to grab the movie shot really fast for fear of being shut down by the police. 🚨🚔

On the very day that we filmed at this location, it was the funeral for Mr. George Floyd. The police were on site in case of any challenges that might arise. It was such a hot day, and also so much fun to see all of the exercisers working out on the stairs behind us. We really enjoyed this location. Many of you have tried this one before, but we’d love to hear what you think!

The simplest acts often mean the most. After an emotionally heavy day as a therapist, I sat in my car waiting out the rain. Then my little guy Frank (some of you have seen him in some of our videos) came out with an umbrella—just looking out for his mom. ❤️ What small gesture has meant everything to you?

Step right by the Angel of Independence monument in Mexico City 🇲🇽 today! What an extraordinary monument symbolizing Mexico’s freedom from Spanish rule.

It was very tricky getting a good view of the monument while filming the workouts. We decided in the end to do the cool-down with the monument in perfect view behind us, even though it was a bit risky. 😳

Can’t wait for you to try this one! The first combo in this workout is a bit longer than most combos. Together, we'll learn new moves we've never done. It may take a few times to master, so be sure to give yourself plenty of time to practice. It will be so fun to put it all together at the end. The second combo is shorter and will have new moves to try to keep the body and brain engaged.

If you’ve already tried it, we’d love to know what you thought.
