Happy Halloween š š» everyone! As this day comes to an end, hope everyone had a wonderful time with the ones you love! Weād love to hear any traditions you have enjoyed this year! š§”š¤
The November 2025 30 DayĀ Fitness Challenge kicks off November 1st, and we can't wait to share this journey with you!
Each day brings a new workout designed to keep things fresh and fun. On cardio days, we'll get our hearts pumping with energizing walking and stepping workouts. Weight training days will focus on upper body, lower body, or total body strength sessions. Flexibility days feature yoga flows where we'll use our breath to build flexibility, mobility, and stability. And because rest matters, every week includes a gentle restorative yoga session-perfect for an active rest day or a full recovery day, your choice.
This challenge is also a wonderful space to connect with others on the same path. Share your progress, celebrate wins, and support each other along the way.
Commit today to making yourself a priority-you absolutely deserve this! Together, we'll protect our hearts, reduce stress, boost our mental health, and embrace our best quality of life. Have questions? We're here for you. Let's do this!

Adventures in filming step and walking workouts across the world! Loch Ness was a super fun location to film at after some effort getting a platform built for the ground. šŖ Work out in the comfort of your own home, when it works for you! The walking workout at Loch Ness is around 36 minutes and the step workout is about 40 minutes. Lots of sweaty š cardio fun! š¤©
One of our fitness friends, Katerri Fish says, āBest UK cardio workout so far!! Loved it!ā š„°
Have you tried these ones yet? What are you doing today to protect your beautiful heart? ā„ļø
What are you training for right now? I was once a high school basketball player who trained hard at practice but rarely saw game timeābasicallyĀ a professional bench warmer.
Today, instead of sitting on the bench, Iām stepping ON my bench teaching step al across the world! Ā All those hours practicing jump shots? They werenāt for nothing!Ā Ā
The lesson? Our training timeĀ isnāt wasted time. Every consistentĀ step we do āitās all building toward something great! WhatĀ are YOU training for right now, even if you canāt see the finish line yet?
Time is a funny thing! 29 years ago, going to Stonehenge for a tour, I never imagined weād be back to film workouts all across the UK š¬š§ 27 years later. We truly put our heart and soul into these workouts we film across the world, and love that each of you can come along with us on this health and wellness journey.
Have you tried this one? What are you doing today to protect your beautiful heart? ā¤ļø
Check-in, whatās your next workout? For me, heavy weights! šŖ 10 years ago, this picture was taken.
Itās bittersweetāyou can see a glimpse of our oldest son (no longer with us earth side) holding a fan for my BeyoncĆ© š moment, as instructed by his dad.
Thatās how weāve always done things: as a family, showing up to support one another in what matters most. ā„ļø
The same is true for our fitness family. We show up for each other. We celebrate the wins, we push through the hard days, and we remind each other why we started. Whether itās your first onlineĀ class with us,Ā or your hundredth, youāre not just working outāyouāre part of something bigger.
Because #togetherwearestronger. Because #teamworkmakesthedreamwork
This community is family. And just like our son holdingĀ the fan, weāre all here to help each other shine.
Do you! šThe world needs your version, not a copy of someone elseās. As a brand new, baby fitness instructor, I was taught that it was wrong to use notes when teachingĀ classes. It was looked at as not being prepared. Countless hours were spent practicing and memorizing choreography. When we filmed our first in-studio workout, a very advanced dance-based step workout, with many intricate changes,Ā IĀ practiced 100s of times.Ā So much brain š§ power went into remembering the moves, I often wonder if having the workout written out would have allowed me to breath a little easier, relax, andĀ communicate with the āparticipantsā a little more as we filmed.
Now we film Step and Walk workouts all across the world! š š On these trips we sometimes film 20-30 workouts. With the way my brain works, if I didnāt have notes, these filmingĀ trips would never work!Ā
Itās a good life lesson that we arenāt made to be like everyone else! Knowing what works for each of us is exactly what we should be doing!Ā
Whatās been your experience with this? Is there anything you do differently than those around you? Would love to hear!Ā ā„ļø
