Day 23 is a strength training session. We’ll warm-up, then do lower and upper body sections. End with a cool-down and stretch. Let us know when you get it done. ✅
I just wanted to let you know that I’m loving the walk across Canada workouts. I love the variety and since I can’t do step these walking workouts are fantastic. I cracked up the way. The moose is running and the corner and then at the end he falls over 😜

Day 21 is a RestorativeYoga session. This is our chance to have an active rest day. Feel free to adjust this day, move it to a day that makes sense for your schedule. Typically we try to have one rest day per week. Check- in when you get it done. ✅
