I'm working my way through these, and I like them! The step is pretty strenuous for adding weights, too, but it's very enjoyable. So far, the level of complexity in the step combos is just what I like.

I tried this, even though I'm rhythmically and directionally challenged, lol. You lost me with the "rock on top, straddle," because after the straddle, I had no idea which side my feet should be on. It would have been helpful for me if you'd said that after the straddle, you should be on the front of the bench. I will attempt this one again, but I've never been too successful with the intermediate ones. I do love the HIIT intermediate ones, because they're mostly athletic and not so choreographed.

Wow, that one was different! I've never done a vertical one before, but I wanted something less than 30 minutes for today, so thought I'd give it a try. It keeps your brain going. I added this one to my favorites and will definitely do it again.

I've done this one a couple of times, and it's definitely one of my favorites. It's just complex enough for those of us with two left feet to feel like we've accomplished something, and the length is perfect for me. I usually want something a little longer than 30 minutes, so this is great.

I hardly knew step aerobics existed in 2020 and didn't discover step (and Jenny) until about 2023. I'm really glad I did! This workout was right up my alley. Just enough difficulty that I felt I was doing something more complex. I never did get the L-step spin thing in combo 2 (I can't seem to get around fast enough when I spin it), but I was able to do the spin around the back in combo 1. I also like the slightly longer length.

I just discovered this one, and it's a good one! It had just enough complicated (ish) moves and direction changes that I felt like I'd accomplished something when I was done with it. And I liked that it was a little longer than 30 minutes.

I was looking for some short cardio to do after my weights session (dumbbells), and this was perfect. It is a great length and complexity just to add a little cardio. I have to admit, my brain wasn't braining trying to do that mambo from the front, though it's easy doing it side-to-side. I'd love to see more workouts of this length and complexity!

After finishing the Seven Summit Challenge a few days ago, I wasn't sure if I was ready to tackle the Coast-to-Coast ones yet. I've tried them before, and the moves are a little too complex for my directionally challenged brain. This workout is just perfect for me. The moves are just choreographed enough to make me feel like I'm doing something complex, it's the perfect length (30 minutes sometimes doesn't feel like quite enough), and I loved the HIIT element. I'd love more of this style and length!

Whew! I got the whole challenge completed! This last one, some of the steps I had a hard time with (that reverse ham thing - NOPE), so I'll definitely do it over. In fact, I'll probably start at #40 (where the steps started getting a little more complex) and go through to #65 again.

I finally had the time to do this one! I've been saving it for a day I felt I had good mental energy, because it did require some brain power. Like someone else said, I always found myself on the wrong leg in doing the grapevine and rocking horse. I'm going to go through this one again and try to get it right. But it was a super workout, even doing it a little wrong! I've often thought that Jenny needs a pair of leggings with a light leg and a dark leg - I might be able to keep up with which leg I'm supposed to be using with a visual cue like that. (Joking, but not really, haha).
