I'm taking a break from the step workouts because of a knee problem, so I appreciated this new updated Utah workout. I definitely worked up a sweat!

What a beautiful setting! I loved the kick-kick-cha-cha-cha. It really challenges the balance!

I did this one this morning and loved it! I'm so glad you filmed at night. That lit building behind you is amazing. I often wonder what the people walking around you think. Do you have any kind of sign that says, "Filming for Freedom.fit" or anything like that? It might be a nice little advertisement (plus, it'd let people know what's going on). Anyway, I don't know if you noticed, but there isn't a percentage counter on this one. I kind of missed not being able to keep up with how much was left.

I did this one this morning, and it's the first time I've ever done a vertical one. I like it! This is the only vertical one available on freedom.fit. It'd be great if you had a whole section of them. They add just enough variety to the regular programs. And I really liked the music, which was more of just a beat than music.

This was a fun one! I love the tick-tock move. I just wasn't feeling it when I woke up this morning, but the workout really energized me.

After finishing Step Across America and Step Across the UK, I started working my way through the Seven Summit Challenge. This one was my favorite of all the ones I've done. I love the knee-tap-pop across move, and the step across and walk around the bench move. I'm definitely adding this to my favorites so I can do it again when I want something nice and vigorous. Thanks!

That was fun! The band reminded me of Peet Montzingo, the Tik Tok comedian, when he follows his mom around with a trumpet, doing sound effects for her every move. It's hilarious!

Loved this one! It's a great brain/body workout, but not so complex that I couldn't do it.

Woo hoo! So excited to see the new series is being released. I did this one this morning, and I loved it! It has some great familiar moves and I love that it had a straddle move that wasn't too complex.

I'm slowly moving from basic to intermediate. This was the first intermediate one I've been able to do without having to rewind, study the steps, and try again. I'm finally getting better at the "step over" steps, which used to confuse me terribly.  (And I liked the music - it was different and I enjoyed it.)
