Day 9 is a total body weight workout. There are options to use a kettlebell. Follow me for modifications. We’ll strength train both the upper and lower body in this one.. Let us know when you get it done. ✅
Day 8 felt like a great walk! Just what I needed!
Day 8 is a cardio workout in Delaware. It’s your choice whether you’d like to do the Walking workout or the Step workout. Let us know what you decide and when you get it done. ✅
Day 7 is a relaxing, restorative yoga session in Hawaii or it can be a rest day depending on what your body needs. We try to have one rest day per week to give the body time to recover. Check-in when you get a moment. ❤️
Day 6 is a strength training day for the lower body. Warm-up first then move on to two more segments targeting the total body. Finish with a cool down and stretch. Check in when you get it done. ✅
Day 5 is a step workout in Connecticut from the Step Across America series. It will keep everyone moving and working hard with simple moves. Feel free to make each move bigger or smaller depending on your goals for the day. Let us know when you get it done. ✅
