I have not seen you address using various heights/risers on the step benches. Are there any pros and cons to raising the height of your bench? Also, will your bench, when it is released, come in various heights?

Hello from CA! You have so many fabulous workouts Jenny! Thank you! My favorite workouts are the longer step and weights ones. Just wondering if you might have plans to do another series like the 14 Day Step and Weights?
On another note, I love that your pup Sofie comes to your classes sometimes. My dog, Leo, comes to class at my house too!

I've had various foot and knee issues but gradually it's got easier, I've just needed to accept I can't use a step any longer unfortunately 😪 BUT I do your step classes a bit more vigorously because there's no worries about me tripping over it!! 😂
I do feel I get more of a workout with the step but it will just take me a bit of time to accept that things are the way the way are now.
I absolutely love how your classes can be adjusted to our own personal fitness needs - thank you so much, I'm so excited to do step across the UK!!

New Coast to Coast Step workout uploaded, Aspen Winter, 53 minutes with 3 choreographed sections. It's an intermediate to advanced level for our step lovers who enjoy more complex choreography. We filmed it yesterday, and will update with timer and graphics once we're back in the office. We'd love to know what you think. It was super fun to put together. Happy New Year!

I really struggled over the holidays with both eating well and exercising. I'm trying really hard to not beat myself up. I'll be getting back to working out today with Walk Across America and logging my meals. I guess I'm posting this to help keep me accountable and say out loud that I feel like a failure and let myself down.
I hope no one else is feeling like this.
