My absolute favorite workouts! I love doing these every week and I throw in a pure step workout to round out my week. Great way to do both cardio and weights. 

This is my go to workout when I need a quick reset or not feeling like doing my usual step and weights. Great moves and gets me sweating. Plus it's good on a time crunch. Been doing this workout for the last 6 years!

Day 8 done! Love these workouts. I can tell I’ve definitely gotten stronger since the beginning of the September challenge. After I did the step workout I added one of the Mini to Mighty weight routines for a total workout of about 50 minutes.
