I did the first state in the step across America series this morning but it was my first step workout in years. Should I do the mini to mighty first? I want to push myself but also be safe.
First step workout I've done in YEARS! Loved it! I do have some knee pain when doing lots of stairs though so are there any tips for keeping knees safe? I didn't have any knee "pain" but definitely felt it.
Love this as a before bedtime short, relaxing time.
